How long does my order take to ship?

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because of this, please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships. Once your order is prepared it will be shipped with USPS flat rate. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Please plan ahead for the holiday season to ensure your gift arrives on time. Fair City Soap will not be held responsible for USPS delivery delays.

We are happy to also have a local pickup service !

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not offer international shipping at this time

What is your return policy? 

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we not accept returns or exchanges, if there is an issue with your order- such as damage during shipping or an error on our part- please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right!
